This gathering brings together Native CDFIs, Native American Financial Institutions (NAFIs), partners, funders, and investors for three days of practitioner-driven training, providing pathways to capital access and powerful networking opportunities.
Together, we’ll explore how to strengthen investment in Native American, Alaska Native, and Native Hawaiian communities—building economies rooted in culture, sovereignty, and resilience.

As part of our Native CDFI Capital Access Convening, we are once again hosting a marketplace and exhibitor showcase. Convening attendees and the general public are invited to shop the marketplace daily from 12:00–6:00 p.m. EST during the event (June 2–4).
Exhibitor booth space is now full. We look forward to seeing everyone in Maine!
MEETING ROOMS AVAILABLE: A meeting room will be available during the convening for organizations and partners who wish to host side meetings or collaborative discussions. The Oweesta team has developed an agenda featuring inspiring plenaries, capacity-building sessions, and meaningful networking opportunities. Highlights include the Native Awards Celebration and place-based tours spotlighting local businesses and community initiatives.
We’ll also convene closed-door, peer-to-peer roundtables for funders, investors, and key partners to support strategic dialogue on strengthening—and directing—capital to Native communities.
